Keith and I are taking a bit of a whirlwind tour of Europe. Starting in the North, Scotland, where we both have ancestry, and Norway where Keith’s mother Yukola’s ancestors lived, we will gradually make our way to my favourite place in the world, Greece.
Although I’ve been to Europe several times and lived in London, apart from stops in airports, Keith has only been to Spain and Portugal on our trip in 2017. So I’ve organized this trip from start to finish to share with him some of the highlights: Amsterdam, the Rhine Valley, Prague which will be new for me, Austria and Munich.
We are also taking the opportunity to visit people I haven’t seen in decades! I’ve had to send one a photo of the two of us so she isn’t surprised at the two old folks at her door!
